We have several convenient ways to order!

Shop online with our secure transaction
Add the product(s) you wish to purchase to your online shopping cart and follow the checkout process.  In our online store, we gladly accept MasterCard and Visa.

Mail your order using our printed order form
To order by mail or fax, please visit our online store and add your selections to your shopping cart.  At checkout, you'll be given the option to print out your order instead of paying online.  Your order can be faxed (972-421-1669, available 24 hours a day) or mailed to:

We accept Visa and Mastercard, for online or fax orders. Mail orders can be paid by credit card or check. Your check must clear before we can ship your order. Once a check is received, it can take up to seven business days to clear.

Order  Tracking
You will receive an email with your order number and order details shortly after submitting an online order. If you do not receive this email confirmation within one hour, please contact us at customerservice@leigholivers.com. When your order ships, you will receive an email directly from UPS with the tracking number for each recipient.

Shipping
At Leigh Oliver’s, we make our queso in small batches each week. We will ship every Tuesday in insulated cooler packs to provide the freshest product to you in a timely manner. Orders received after Monday at 12 noon CST will be processed the following week. We ship UPS Ground or Two-Day, depending on where you live. We want to make sure you receive your order fresh before the weekend.

Order Modifications
If you need to modify an order after it’s been placed, we can accommodate your request as long as we have not produced or shipped your order. All requests must be made by email (customerservice@leigholivers.com.) Please be sure to include your order number with your request. We will confirm the change by phone or email.

Product Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please email us at customerservice@leigholivers.com. We request that you retain all remaining product and packaging materials so we can best assist you.
