Grilled Bananas with Praline Sauce

6 ripe bananas, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup dark rum
3/4 cup walnut pieces, toasted
Golden Brook Vanilla Ice Cream

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and brush over the bananas. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar. Prepare grill. Cook bananas over direct heat 4-6 minutes, turning once. Remove bananas from grill and cover loosely with foil. Melt remaining butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add remaining brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly. Add rum and cook 3-4 minutes more. To serve, cut each banana half into three pieces. Place a large scoop of Golden Brook Ice Cream on 6 serving dishes. Spoon 6 banana pieces and sauce over ice cream. Sprinkle with toasted walnuts. Serve immediately
