Frozen Lemon Icebox Pie with Fresh Blueberry Sauce

1 purchased graham cracker crust
½ gallon Golden Brook Lemon Ice Box Pie ice cream
1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

For the pie, scoop softened Golden Brook Lemon Ice Box Pie ice cream into prepared graham cracker crust, mounding at least one inch above crust. Cover lightly and return to freezer to harden. Meanwhile for blueberry sauce, combine blueberries, sugar and lemon juice in a food processor. Process until pureed. Press the puree through a sieve into a bowl. Taste and add additional sugar or lemon juice if desired. To serve, allow pie to soften lightly at room temperature. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the sauce over each serving. Serve immediately.
