Basil-Lime Grilled Chicken

1 12-ounce bottle Leigh Oliver’s Fat-Free Basil Lime Salad Dressing and Marinade
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry. Place in non-reactive bowl. Pierce chicken breasts with fork. Pour Leigh Oliver’s Fat-Free Basil Lime Salad Dressing and Marinade over breasts to cover, reserving ½ cup marinade for basting. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours and up to overnight. When ready to grill, remove chicken breasts from marinade. Cook over medium-high heat until internal thermometer reaches 165°, turning once and basting throughout. Remove from heat and tent with foil until ready to serve. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
